Crysta's first day of school went really well.. And ever since then, she has been so excited to go. She absolutley LOVES it. She has made a few close friends, Allyssa, Molly B., and Alivia. Her teachers, Mrs. Krumm, and Mrs. Hammner say that she is doing really well. Mrs. Hammner, who some of you know as Stacy, also goes to church with us, and has recently informed me that Crysta does better at school then she ever did in Childrens Hour.. Makes me wonder about what goes in behind closed doors.
Anyway, last thursday, Crysta and her class had their first field trip. They went to Binder park for a hay ride. We arrived about 15 minuets late, but the kiddos were really excited. I volunteerd to be a driver, so I transported Crysta, Allyssa, and Mrs. Hamner (Stacy). The kids all had a really good time, and the weather was perfect. We stopped in the middle of a field for snack and a short break, then headed back to the cars. Crysta and Allyssa talked all the way back about their favorite part. It was fun getting to experience that with Crysta. I am so blessed to be able to have the oppertunity to participate in my childrens school activities.
